Policy of Integrated Management System Print E-mail

The Management of W.CENTER, conscious of the fact that to survive in today's globalized market you have to be a leader in:

Activities' commercial installation and maintenance:

2 - Electronic Equipment

4- Import-export professional detergents for industrial laundries
5- Furniture for Hospitals, Schools and College Classrooms
6- Import and export trade and agricultural equipment

Quality counts above all is the satisfaction of our customers and stake holders in terms of Quality , Environment, Safety, and Energy Efficiency has decided to develop its own internal quality system, conforms to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000 , OHSAS 18000 , ISO 50001 integrated that continually satisfying the needs of its customers.

To achieve these goals and maintain them, the management has provided (and will continue to do so) means the technical, economic and human resources necessary, as it believes that continuous improvement is essential to the company to compete in the market and grow.

The Directorate has also undertaken to establish goals and strategies, documenting them and divulge to ensure that the Quality Policy, to be known, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the Company.

W.CENTER is committed to:

•    Meet their commitments to provide services and products that are safe, environmental compatible , legal and responsive to the demands and needs of its customers,
•    Ensure that its products and services meet the environment , respecting Therefore , all the parameters decided by the law.
Provide staff training in the application of the rules and all the means necessary for safety at work
•    Identify the critical business processes that contribute to the provision of services to customers, in order to implement actions to monitor them and if necessary to resolve them.
•    Ensure the implementation of national and international standards and conventions as well as the technical specifications for the planning and delivery of products with maximum energy efficiency.
•    To act in full compliance with the rules and laws at national and, where appropriate , international and applicable to the area of expertise ;
•    Pursue continuous improvement of outcomes through the translation into practical rules of the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 , OHSAS 18000 in practice and operating procedures ;
•    Increase customer satisfaction through the translation of their needs and expectations into requirements processes ;
•    Monitor the quality of services understood as the maximum customer satisfaction ( measurement) , maximum environmental compatibility and energy efficiency and safety of production activities through systematic monitoring and measurement of processes and services / products resulting ;
•    Improve the effectiveness and internal efficiency through the use of best operational and organizational procedures ;
•    Measure the performance of the integrated management system and self-control through the analysis of data and feedback information from the system of enterprise feedback so that internal ( responsible for quality control ) and external ( outside the control of the certification body )
•    Ensuring the satisfaction and motivation of the staff, as well as a structured programming of training on technical issues relating to Quality, Environment , Energy, Safety at work
•    Appoint a Representative in its capacity as manager of the Integrated System that manages operating the SGI including internal audits and that ' even , Head of the Prevention and Protection ( PSMP ) ;
•    Maintain and develop the know-how through training activities;
•    Periodically check the performance of suppliers in terms of quality of supply to meet the requirements of contractual requirements , such as insurance for their employees
•    Knowledge of health and safety requirements , availability of appropriate PPE for workers , payment of taxes or other contributions required by current Italian regulations , respect for national contracts , observance of the rules of social responsibility, etc.
•    Promote the involvement of human resources through meetings and awareness sessions on the importance of each activity to achieve the goals ,
•    Implement a thorough evaluation of suppliers to reduce the risks of products and / or services fail to conform;
•    Demonstrate the correct application of the quality system  through the certification of the same by a third party entity .
•    Monitor to ensure that the activities of the W.CENTER  are managed with the aim of preventing accidents and injuries and occupational diseases. Are directed to this end the design, operation and maintenance , including cleaning of workplaces ( plants and machinery , offices, etc.).
•    Promote activities aimed at energy conservation, recycling and , more generally , to environmental protection.

The Company  Policy for the Integrated Management and objectives are communicated to staff through
-    Service orders,
-    Internal communications ,
-    Postings on the bulletin board ,
-    e -mail or at meetings in order to ensure the knowledge and dissemination to all staff of the  W.Center sh.pk
Both the policy objectives that can be updated to reflect changing business needs and it is still the task of identifying the direction of the new standards and make them known to all staff .
This event takes place , generally ,on the occasion of the reviews of the integrated system .
For this  Administration has taken on the task of:

- Conduct periodic reviews of IMS.

All company staff has the duty and the right to participate , according to their responsibilities and powers, to achieve the business goals set by management, which ensures the resources necessary for their implementation.

Annual goals " specific and measurable " that the company intends to achieve are set out in the document entitled "Objectives and Improvement Plans " , the same shall be disseminated to all staff .
